The code works as follows:

When you insert the "@" in the text editor, you see the following message:
. You choose whether you want to mark someone If you choose to mark a user, the following will appear: You must choose the member name that will mark.

After adding the name of the member, another message will appear asking if you want to notify the member via PM (Private Message) that he is being marked on the topic for you.
