Only thing that changed is the group legend now dropping outside of the dark area.

No... I really think the centering is a problem in the CSS.
Because if you do "margin-left: 280px;" it will move it 280 pixels from the side.
So if you have a resolution of 1440 it will be 280px from the side, which should center it, but if you have a resolution of 1920 it will also be 280px from the side. And than it's not centered.
