I would like to know some codes that would benefit my site very much. I hope someone can help me. :D

When you click the reply button in one of the post an editor appear immediately. I would like to know if their is a code to get the editor up just by one click rather than scrolling down and typing what you want in the quick reply editor.
Also I would like to have the code for the appearance of that editor displayed above. I like it alot. XD
2] Is their a code for the BS hover card?
I have more questions, I'll ask them once these are answered.
