Red™ Check Syol Pro Theme IPB skin
All Notepad Name In Different Language
Please Re Update In "English"
And Please Check Codes I'Think Not Working Properly
1st problem > chat box not working
2nd problem > start new topic there not show "smiles box"

for the smiles box could u check the css for "smil" ? (to include 'smiles' and 'smiley') maybe there is "display: none". or else try to add:
