Not really, I do know one tutorial that gives backgrounds for specific users profiles.
If you want that I can share the code.
Otherwise, I would just suggest looking through the tutorials & themes section on here. :)

Name: Your Choice
Placement: In All Pages



To-Do:

1. Change 'u#' to the users ID
2. Change 'IMG URL' to your desired picture.
