add this to your Js

Code:: $(function(){$('.post:has(.Staff)').find('.post-entry').css('background','url(http://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/18/10/12/74/staff_10.png) no-repeat top right')});

then create a new rank

Code:: <span class="Staff"> Ranknameyouwant </span>
